Thanksgiving Menu

I decided to host Thanksgiving dinner this year. It will be a lot of fun; it’s the first time that all of the cousins will be together. It will also be a great kitchen challenge. I’ll be preparing a gluten-free and vegetarian meal!
Here’s the menu:
Thanksgiving Dinner for 17
Wilted Kale Salad with red onions, olive oil, walnuts, feta
Buttercup Squash Stuffed with Wild Mushroom Dressing (I’ll use gluten-free bread)
Steamed Green Beans
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Miso-Balsamic Gravy
Fresh-Baked Artisan Bread (gluten-free)
Pumpkin Pie with Pecan (gluten-free crust)
Blackberry Pie










You forgot the turkey! Sounds delicious though.
